Ashley is a mama of two that began her own Pilates practice over 15 years ago; it was an instant love of the fluid movement and overall results. Realizing she wanted to share these same results with others Ashley set out to find a mind and body balance and found this through the Physical Mind Institute of Canada. Certified as a MethodPilates Instructor in 2010, Ashley teaches Pre and Post-natal classes, Matwork, Standing Pilates and also Small equipment exercises.
