Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful baby! In times like these it's more important than ever to take care of the well being of you and your new babe. Mom and Baby Yoga and Babywearing Boogie are fun ways for you to regain strength and flexibility, to bond with your baby in an enjoyable activity, and to connect with other moms (although this currently looks different, as we are doing Zoom mom and baby chats). In Mom and Baby Yoga, you will flow through yoga sequences for yourself as well as engage your baby in movements to help with their development. Throughout the class you will hold your baby, doing yoga together while incorporating familiar nursery rhymes. In Babywearing Boogie, you will get fit learning various dances, all the while wearing your baby. Babies will get all the benefits of babywearing while moms stretch, tone, and “cardio” to fun tunes and different themes each week, led by the colourful and talented Amy Teetzel. It is so much more than yoga and dancing; with Angela Sacco's 18 years of experience and attendance at almost 200 births, you will learn invaluable information and be given tools that will come in handy as you face the physical and mental demands of being a new mom.
