Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is more popular than ever! This is a great way to connect with your baby and other women going through the same experience as you. Prenatal yoga moves you through postures and sequences that will help your body easily adapt through the trimesters. It is so much more than yoga; you will learn valuable tools that will come in handy as you face the physical and mental demands of labour, birth and motherhood.

Summer classes run for 8 weeks at $145 (+HST)

Monday classes will run just 7 weeks and begin July 9th $126.89 (+HST)

Mom & Baby Yoga

Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful baby! Mom and baby yoga is a fun way for you to regain strength and flexibility, to bond with your baby in an enjoyable activity, and to connect with other moms. You will flow through yoga sequences for yourself as well as engage the baby in movements to help with their development. Throughout the class you will hold your baby, doing yoga together while incorporating familiar nursery rhymes.

Babywearing Boogie

Way to go babywearing Mama! Babywearing is the biggest trend for modern mothers today! Join this fun, innovative class where you will get fit learning various dances, all the while wearing your baby. Babies will get all the benefits of babywearing while mommies will stretch, tone, and “cardio” to fun tunes.

Angela's Maxx Class

Angela's Maxx Class is a challenging vinyasa class where we stretch, tone, and work up a sweat! This class will incorporate various themes and props, all the while flowing along to fun playlists!

Mom & Tot Pilates (Post-Natal)

Mom & Tot Pilates focuses on stretching, toning, and reconnecting with your post-partum body while bonding with your child at the same time and meeting moms in your community. Begin to feel your core again with this safe and progressive class. Mom and Tot Pilates brings new moms together to spend time connecting with their children while getting a balanced full body workout designed specifically to recondition the body after pregnancy and childbirth. (Movers to 36 months)

Pilates: Adult Class

Pilates Matwork is an exercise system that derives from Joseph Pilates' original core principles: Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision, Breathing and Flow. The body is addressed as a whole - strengthening, lengthening, stabilising, mobilising and articulating in all planes of movement. Prepare for a constant flow of effort with each exercise transitioning to the next.

Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Ashley presents the exercises at multiple levels which allows participants to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. You will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class.
